• Being a trusted resource to assist with benefit compliance needs in this ever changing area.

• Identifying strategies that can be implemented to reduce cost and recommend technology options that can improve daily benefit operations allowing for reduced human resource workload and improved employee education and 24/7 access.

Account Manager

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Providing account maintenance and assisting the management of renewal processes.

• Preparing and hosting open enrollment meetings with clients.

• Managing relationships with vendors and addressing client and employee inquiries.
  

Financial Analyst

• Keeping up-to-date on trend data, carrier promotions, and product availability.

• Tracking and monitoring claims experience.

• Preparing market analysis and financial analysis based on the employee business needs while keeping in mind governing compliance requirements.

• Carrier renewal and rating negotiations.

Benefits Service Representatives

• Handling day-to-day administrative and service issues.

• Direct involvement with enrollment/renewal processes and procedures.



• Answering employee or dependent questions directly for benefit education, enrollment assistance, ID Card, and claim issues.
