Your Benefit Consultant is responsible for:

  • Understanding and overseeing your goals, needs, and objectives while developing a comprehensive, customized strategy to meet them.
  • Managing the internal team assigned to your account and handling all negotiations with carriers, including but not limited to, the renewal process

Your Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Providing account maintenance and assisting with management of renewal processes
  • Preparing and hosting open enrollment meetings with clients
  • Managing relationships with vendors and addressing client and employee inquiries

Your Financial Analyst is responsible for:

  • Keeping up-to-date on trend data, carrier promotions and product availability
  • Tracking and monitoring claims experience
  • Preparing market analysis and financial analysis
  • Carrier renewal and rating negotiations

Your Benefit Service Representative is responsible for:

  • Handling day-to-day administrative and service issues
  • Direct involvement with enrollment/renewal processes and procedures
